HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Nicole Sage | Bio
From red carpets to grassroots campaigns, I build bridges between brands, media, and the communities they serve—through smart PR, inspired outreach, and unforgettable events. I’m a connector at heart, known for crafting bold narratives, producing high-impact experiences, and engaging across all levels—from city halls and boardrooms to red carpets and community rallies. producing high-impact experiences, and driving meaningful engagement.

Whether I’m pitching national outlets, rebranding a mission-driven organization, or producing an event that brings policy leaders and artists together, I lead with intention, integrity, and a deep love for storytelling. My work lives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and culture—and I’m just as comfortable in a press room as I am backstage or on the ground in community.
Though I began in Connecticut, I proudly claim Atlanta as home. I proudly attended DeKalb County public schools and Georgia State University film grad with a deep commitment to this city’s cultural fabric. I’ve worked closely with the very players who shape Atlanta’s film, nonprofit, and political worlds—and I’m just as comfortable pitching national outlets as I am advocating for community-centered change.

My career began in Los Angeles, where I was mentored by legendary casting director Deb Aquila and worked on feature films like The Majestic (Jim Carrey), Heart’s War (Bruce Willis), and The Last Castle (Robert Redford & James Gandolfini). I liaised with powerhouse studios like DreamWorks, Warner Bros., and Paramount, and built trusted relationships with top talent agencies including CAA, ICM, and WME, Innovative, Gersh, and UTA.

When I returned to Atlanta, I re-established my career as a film/TV agent and manager—coordinating with HBO, MTV, TBS, and 20th Century Fox—and later served as Interim Managing Editor of Oz Magazine, producing features on Stranger Things, Avengers: Endgame, and more. I’ve also written a cheeky dating column for Atlanta City Magazine called Sage in the City, a nod to my inner Carrie Bradshaw.
At the heart of it all is service. I’ve volunteered with Hosea Feed the Hungry, AIDS Walk Atlanta, and the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival, and served on the Youth Leadership Committee for the Jewish Federation of Atlanta. I’m an alumna of the Black-Jewish Coalition and a passionate advocate for equity, inclusion, and storytelling that matters.
I live in Atlanta with my husband John, our daughter Georgia, and our fur baby Lucy Honeychurch. I’m nurturing, strategic, and (I’ve been told) hilariously funny—which helps when you’re producing events, managing high-profile talent, and building media campaigns that make an impact.
